My little research on H1B

I wonder why a Republican Senator from Iowa would be so concerned about H1b visas. Senator Charles Grassley the H1b visa holders work for industries like Computers and semiconductors not to mow Cows. How many H1B holders work in Iowa Senator? 10?

Do you know what would happen to the Silicon Valley if every H1B visa holder went back to their country? Just go to cities like San Jose, Santa Clara, Fremont, Milipitas, Cupertino, Sunnyvale.... Those cities will start looking like Iowa. All you need to do is drive through Iowa and you'll know what I mean.

Demographics of Iowa (csv)
By race White Black AIAN* Asian NHPI*
2000 (total population) 96.14% 2.51% 0.63% 1.48% 0.08%

Here is an idea Senator Grassley, instead of trying to make the rest of the country to look like Iowa. Try opening the doors of Iowa to H1B holders and may be in the next 5-10 years you'll have a Silicon Valley in Iowa.

Descrimination Based H1B policies - Bad Economics

And here we go again....so the people who like to discriminate always end up finding a political agenda to discriminate. Let me explain...

I really don't know what some of these Republicans Stand for now...on one side they say they stand for businesses and less government (which can easily be replaced for less government intervention in businesses) and then on the other side they want protectionism of the American workers from Foreign Workers...Thats like saying lets create the communist Iron Curtain and still have Free Economy...what the hell are they thinking?

You know, I tell all my friends, if this is the way this sect of conservatives wants to lead our country....We will end up looking like a Ford or a GM car..where as the rest of the World will be driving a Honda or a Toyota...Rem the reason GM, Ford and Chrysler are not on the map of people looking to buy a good car.... is that they forgot the reason why this country is what it is...the imagination power house, the inventor, the creator....This country is great today not because of protectionism or the oil lobby that promised the American people in the 70's and the 80's that the gas prices will always remain low...That people will continue to buy American no matter what....Today my Friends...there is hardly anything that is really Made in the USA....And if there is then we cant find buyers here in America...much less the rest of the world....

Protectionism, discrimination have never been the key to a strong US economy...The people on an H1B here from there home country to live like Americans...to Live the American Dream...If you cast these stupid politics on them the good ones will start to go back..or worst yet never come here to the US. How do you motivate people to leave there parents, their family and friends to come to a new land ... to get kicked in the groins?

To Respect McCain Or Not that is the Question

McCain and Respect and Honor sound right in the same statement. McCain has definately earned respect in the eyes of the American people with his undisputed service to this country. He and his family have given a lot to this country, so much that this country can probably never repay them. But is he fit to lead this country? Is he going to be just another president or a president that made a change? And when I say change I don't mean it in a rhetorical sense. I mean after 4 or 8 years of his presidency will America be the Great America it once was?

I don't know if you remember the people who helped Bush become the president by using every scare tactic in the book. Yes the same people who called McCain mad, fag etc etc. Well I initially thought that McCain, the first change that he would make is get rid of those folks. That he would make America fall in love with him with his virtues and not scare the shit out of people to vote for him. Guess what with the introduction of Karl Rove and Tucker Eskew to his team he is clearly sending a strong signal. Everything is fare in his this war to be president. Click here to read more. Shame on you McCain. Shame on you for letting the same people who called your wife a drug edict to do the same to someone else.

If history is any proof then people who use scare tactics to win any office rarely perform well in office. In politics and elsewhere you are defined by the people you choose to surround yourself with. McCain just made his choice clear.

McCain-Palin: A Step in the Right Direction

I think McCain's pick for his VP is a Great Step forward for America. If I could vote, I probably would still not vote Republican this year but I feel comfortable knowing that both Republicans and Democrats are moving in the right direction. I like Palin selection not because she is a woman but because she is a young energetic down to earth woman. The kind of people that we need in white house in the next election are people who understand the perspective of the average Joe, who has to pay $3 extra in gas from the time Bush took office and does not need to ask reporters "Really We have $4 gas?". And someone who feels the pain of the soldier and the family of the soldier who goes to war.

This country needs a new direction. And someone who can excite America about America. While I feel Brarck can do that far better than McCain and Palin. I am not as worried as I was before Palin's selection.

In parts I thank Barack for inspiring this change in the Republican party. Even if Barack is unable to make it to the highest office in the land he should be happy that his efforts have made Change Happen.

Yes We Can

These precious words by Rudyard Kipling say what I feel about Obama today. Congratulations Barack. You will make a Great President.

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or, being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise;

If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with triumph and disaster
And treat those two imposters just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with wornout tools;

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on";

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings - nor lose the common touch;
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run -
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man my son!

How can Hillary win Black Vote?

The British were very smart in the way they conquered the world. I have always admired their ability to win half the world by force and the other half by quick manipulations. One of the best techniques that the British devised was the technique of Divide and Conquer. It was simple and it worked. It still does.

But today the world has changed a lot from the old times. Even though Divide and Conquer works initially it fails after a while as soon people start getting educated of the loss of their interests. When people realize that after being divided they lose track of the real issues that matter to them. And that people who use the divide and conquer if history is proof have done it solely for their own benefit.

So now that Hillary has successfully been able to use the divide and conquer to divide the Black, the Brown and the White Vote, how does she actually win the race? I can assure you that if she lets the divide go further down its only she who loses.

There is a way she can win. Its called the Divide, Conquer and then Join technique. Today if Hillary wants to win she needs to use the Join. So how does she do that? All she needs to do is go out in public and support Barack and his Rev. I know many of you will ask me why would she ever want to do that and why now? Well here is the simple answer. The iron is hot she can mend it the way she wants. If she supports Barack today she will be able to win the Black vote going forward.

Why would I a Barack supporter give Hillary this advise. Its because I strongly believe that even Barack is not worth the amount of scarifies a lot of people have made over the years to unite the various races. United we stand Divided we Fall.
