McCain and Respect and Honor sound right in the same statement. McCain has definately earned respect in the eyes of the American people with his undisputed service to this country. He and his family have given a lot to this country, so much that this country can probably never repay them. But is he fit to lead this country? Is he going to be just another president or a president that made a change? And when I say change I don't mean it in a rhetorical sense. I mean after 4 or 8 years of his presidency will America be the Great America it once was?
I don't know if you remember the people who helped Bush become the president by using every scare tactic in the book. Yes the same people who called McCain mad, fag etc etc. Well I initially thought that McCain, the first change that he would make is get rid of those folks. That he would make America fall in love with him with his virtues and not scare the shit out of people to vote for him. Guess what with the introduction of Karl Rove and Tucker Eskew to his team he is clearly sending a strong signal. Everything is fare in his this war to be president. Click here to read more. Shame on you McCain. Shame on you for letting the same people who called your wife a drug edict to do the same to someone else.
If history is any proof then people who use scare tactics to win any office rarely perform well in office. In politics and elsewhere you are defined by the people you choose to surround yourself with. McCain just made his choice clear.
